Supporting the Bellefontaine Family
Dear DDMBA Community,
As many of you have likely heard one of our member families has experienced a life-changing situation.
We want to try and do our part and share with you ways to support Lee Bellefontaine and his family during these difficult times.
Lee has been a valued member and volunteer with the Porters Lake and Cole Harbour Minor Baseball Associations.
A common line for those who have had the pleasure and fortune of being coached by Lee is “If you want to hit the ball farther watch and learn from Coach Lee”.
In the Porters Lake community, Lee is very well known as a powerhouse lefty who hits bombs off the roof of the rink - sending cheers through the local community in attendance.
The overwhelming baseball and extended community support has been amazing, and we are hopeful this support will assist with some of the family needs during this very difficult time.
