DDMBA Members,

The 2025 Annual General Meeting information details are below:

Date:  November 25th, 2025

Time: 7 pm - 9 pm

Location:  Cole Harbour Place - Forest and Harbour Rooms

Note the following roles will be up for election:

• Vice President

• Registrar 

• Treasurer (Incumbent Reoffering)

• Recreation Baseball Coordinator

• Secretary

Board members meet once per month for 2 hours. New members to the board will be mentored by the previous board member if needed.
