Call for Arrows Coaches
Hello DDMBA Members,
The Arrows are making a call for coaches for the upcoming season.
For the 2025 coaching application for the Arrows, we are asking anyone that is interested in coaching to submit an application prior to March 1st.
The Arrows are the competitive division of the DDMBA representing 11U (AA, AAA), 13U (AA, AAA), 15U (A, AA, AAA) and 18U (A, AA, AAA).
The intent is to create a coaching pool at every level. In the past, many parent coaches would not apply until they realized where their child would end up. We are asking that you do not wait.
The goal and the intention will be to build a strong collaborative approach for the Arrows system not only for the season but also for tryouts and the selection process.
A competitive committee has been formed surrounding Brian Seacord, the competitive director.
The committee will focus on player development, coach selection, the tryout process, uniforms and equipment, field contracts and creating a fun, competitive and safe environment for all players, coaches and parents. The goal is for the Arrows organization to field winning teams of players, coaches and managers with a process that is fair and transparent.
Below you will find a link for your initial coaches application. Should there be multiple applicants for the same team, an interview panel with the committee and third party members will be formed and a live interview will be conducted. Interview committees cannot include competitive committee members should they be applying as coaches as well.
